GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a creche by creches under the Andhra Pradesh Devadasis (Prohibition of Dedication) Act, 1988, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Case Worker, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every creche carrying on the running of a creche shall furnish Form VIII to the District Child Protection Unit within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every creche carrying on the running of a creche shall make an application in Form VIII to the District Child Protection Unit within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a creche is undertaken, and the District Child Protection Unit shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Registration and Stamps Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
