GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The certification of construction by architect certifying a projects under the Andhra Pradesh Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Rent Controller, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every architect certifying a project carrying on the certification of construction shall furnish Form D to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies within one hundred and twenty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every architect certifying a project carrying on the certification of construction shall make an application in Form D to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the certification of construction is undertaken, and the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Social Welfare Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
