GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The business of a real estate agent by real estate agents under the Andhra Pradesh Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Rent Controller, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every real estate agent carrying on the business of a real estate agent shall furnish Form D to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every real estate agent carrying on the business of a real estate agent shall make an application in Form D to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the business of a real estate agent is undertaken, and the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
