GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The hosting of third party information by intermediaries under the Kerala Police Act, 2011, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Grievance Officer, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every intermediary carrying on the hosting of third party information shall furnish Form C to the Unique Identification Authority within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every intermediary carrying on the hosting of third party information shall make an application in Form C to the Unique Identification Authority within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the hosting of third party information is undertaken, and the Unique Identification Authority shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Kerala.
