GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The manufacture of sports goods by sports goods manufacturers under the Goa, Daman and Diu Public Gambling Act, 1976, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Sports Officer, the Government of Goa, after careful examination, hereby orders that every sports goods manufacturer carrying on the manufacture of sports goods shall furnish Form G to the Agency within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every sports goods manufacturer carrying on the manufacture of sports goods shall make an application in Form G to the Agency within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the manufacture of sports goods is undertaken, and the Agency shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Labour Department, Government of Goa.
