GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The storage of inflammable goods by owners of a warehouse of inflammable goods under the Kerala Fire Force Act, 1962, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Incident Commander, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods carrying on the storage of inflammable goods shall furnish Form D to the District Authority within three days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods carrying on the storage of inflammable goods shall make an application in Form D to the District Authority within three days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the storage of inflammable goods is undertaken, and the District Authority shall dispose of it within three days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Kerala.
