GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The construction of a group housing scheme by builders of a group housing scheme under the Karnataka Slum Areas (Improvement and Clearance) Act, 1973, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar of the Authority, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every builder of a group housing scheme carrying on the construction of a group housing scheme shall furnish Form A to the Rent Authority within seven days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every builder of a group housing scheme carrying on the construction of a group housing scheme shall make an application in Form A to the Rent Authority within seven days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the construction of a group housing scheme is undertaken, and the Rent Authority shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Housing Department, Government of Karnataka.
