GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of an anganwadi centre by anganwadi centres under the Andhra Pradesh Devadasis (Prohibition of Dedication) Act, 1988, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the District Child Protection Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every anganwadi centre carrying on the running of an anganwadi centre shall furnish Form IV to the State Commission for Women within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every anganwadi centre carrying on the running of an anganwadi centre shall make an application in Form IV to the State Commission for Women within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of an anganwadi centre is undertaken, and the State Commission for Women shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
