GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The officiating at competitions by registered match officials under the Goa, Daman and Diu Public Gambling Act, 1976, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Director, the Government of Goa, after careful examination, hereby orders that every registered match official carrying on the officiating at competitions shall furnish Form B to the Government of Goa within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every registered match official carrying on the officiating at competitions shall make an application in Form B to the Government of Goa within seven days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the officiating at competitions is undertaken, and the Government of Goa shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information and Public Relations Department, Government of Goa.
