GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The governance of a sport by national sports federations under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Compliance Officer, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every national sports federation carrying on the governance of a sport shall furnish Form B to the Disciplinary Panel within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every national sports federation carrying on the governance of a sport shall make an application in Form B to the Disciplinary Panel within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the governance of a sport is undertaken, and the Disciplinary Panel shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Tourism Department, Government of Telangana.
