GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The cultivation of land as tenant by tenants under the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Tahsildar, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall furnish Form 1 to the Revenue Divisional Officer within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall make an application in Form 1 to the Revenue Divisional Officer within seven days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the cultivation of land as tenant is undertaken, and the Revenue Divisional Officer shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Ports Department, Government of Rajasthan.
