GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The storage of relief materials by suppliers of relief materials under the Gujarat State Disaster Management Act, 2003, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Relief Officer, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every supplier of relief materials carrying on the storage of relief materials shall furnish Form D to the National Executive Committee within one day.

2. The matter has been examined. Every supplier of relief materials carrying on the storage of relief materials shall make an application in Form D to the National Executive Committee within one day, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the storage of relief materials is undertaken, and the National Executive Committee shall dispose of it within one day of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Gujarat.
