GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The setting up of a unit by units under the Karnataka Industries (Facilitation) Act, 2002, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every unit carrying on the setting up of a unit shall furnish Form FC-4 to the Authorised Officer within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every unit carrying on the setting up of a unit shall make an application in Form FC-4 to the Authorised Officer within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the setting up of a unit is undertaken, and the Authorised Officer shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Karnataka.
