GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The performance of rituals in a temple by archakas under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Waqf Officer, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every archaka carrying on the performance of rituals in a temple shall furnish Form H to the Government of Madhya Pradesh within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every archaka carrying on the performance of rituals in a temple shall make an application in Form H to the Government of Madhya Pradesh within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the performance of rituals in a temple is undertaken, and the Government of Madhya Pradesh shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
