GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The conduct of adventure sports by adventure sports operators under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Director, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every adventure sports operator carrying on the conduct of adventure sports shall furnish Form F to the Sports Tribunal within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every adventure sports operator carrying on the conduct of adventure sports shall make an application in Form F to the Sports Tribunal within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the conduct of adventure sports is undertaken, and the Sports Tribunal shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Telangana.
