GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The operation of a firing range by licensees of a firing range under the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Provost Marshal, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensee of a firing range carrying on the operation of a firing range shall furnish Form F to the Defence Estates Officer within fourteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee of a firing range carrying on the operation of a firing range shall make an application in Form F to the Defence Estates Officer within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of a firing range is undertaken, and the Defence Estates Officer shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
