GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The manufacture of goods for export by export oriented units under the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1962, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Development Commissioner, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every export oriented unit carrying on the manufacture of goods for export shall furnish Form FC-4 to the Reserve Bank within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every export oriented unit carrying on the manufacture of goods for export shall make an application in Form FC-4 to the Reserve Bank within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the manufacture of goods for export is undertaken, and the Reserve Bank shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Maharashtra.
