GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The typing of pleadings for reward by court typists under the Uttar Pradesh Civil Laws (Reforms and Amendment) Act, 1954, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Registrar, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every court typist carrying on the typing of pleadings for reward shall furnish Form C to the Bar Council within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every court typist carrying on the typing of pleadings for reward shall make an application in Form C to the Bar Council within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the typing of pleadings for reward is undertaken, and the Bar Council shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Energy Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
