GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The occupation of land by occupants under the Odisha Land Reforms Act, 1960, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Village Accountant, the Government of Odisha, after careful examination, hereby orders that every occupant carrying on the occupation of land shall furnish Form 7 to the Land Tribunal within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every occupant carrying on the occupation of land shall make an application in Form 7 to the Land Tribunal within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the occupation of land is undertaken, and the Land Tribunal shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Commercial Taxes Department, Government of Odisha.
