GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The operation of a multi-system cable network by multi-system operators under the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Inspecting Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every multi-system operator carrying on the operation of a multi-system cable network shall furnish Form I to the Press Registrar within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every multi-system operator carrying on the operation of a multi-system cable network shall make an application in Form I to the Press Registrar within seven days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of a multi-system cable network is undertaken, and the Press Registrar shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
