GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The practice of Indian medicine by practitioners of Indian medicine under the Karnataka Private Medical Establishments Act, 2007, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Chief Medical Officer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every practitioner of Indian medicine carrying on the practice of Indian medicine shall furnish Form 21 to the Licensing Authority within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every practitioner of Indian medicine carrying on the practice of Indian medicine shall make an application in Form 21 to the Licensing Authority within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the practice of Indian medicine is undertaken, and the Licensing Authority shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Karnataka.
