New Delhi, dated the 27th December, 2018

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The preparedness of a hospital for emergencies by operators of a hospital under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Station Fire Officer, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a hospital carrying on the preparedness of a hospital for emergencies shall furnish Form C to the District Authority within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a hospital carrying on the preparedness of a hospital for emergencies shall make an application in Form C to the District Authority within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the preparedness of a hospital for emergencies is undertaken, and the District Authority shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
