GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The writing of instruments for reward by document writers under the Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1999, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Sub-Registrar, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every document writer carrying on the writing of instruments for reward shall furnish Form A to the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every document writer carrying on the writing of instruments for reward shall make an application in Form A to the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the writing of instruments for reward is undertaken, and the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Registration and Stamps Department, Government of Rajasthan.
