GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The purchase of an apartment by allottees under the Andhra Pradesh Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Housing Commissioner, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every allottee carrying on the purchase of an apartment shall furnish Form D to the Adjudicating Officer within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every allottee carrying on the purchase of an apartment shall make an application in Form D to the Adjudicating Officer within seven days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the purchase of an apartment is undertaken, and the Adjudicating Officer shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
