GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The storage of inflammable goods by owners of a warehouse of inflammable goods under the Gujarat State Disaster Management Act, 2003, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Fire Officer, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods carrying on the storage of inflammable goods shall furnish Form G to the National Executive Committee within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods carrying on the storage of inflammable goods shall make an application in Form G to the National Executive Committee within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the storage of inflammable goods is undertaken, and the National Executive Committee shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Gujarat.
