GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The working of a winery by licensees of a winery under the Uttar Pradesh Excise Act, 1910, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Excise Inspector, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensee of a winery carrying on the working of a winery shall furnish Form F to the Government of Uttar Pradesh within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee of a winery carrying on the working of a winery shall make an application in Form F to the Government of Uttar Pradesh within seven days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the working of a winery is undertaken, and the Government of Uttar Pradesh shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Excise Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
