GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The management of an institution by managers of an institution under the Rajasthan Public Trust Act, 1959, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Charity Commissioner, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every manager of an institution carrying on the management of an institution shall furnish Form E to the Endowments Tribunal within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every manager of an institution carrying on the management of an institution shall make an application in Form E to the Endowments Tribunal within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of an institution is undertaken, and the Endowments Tribunal shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Rajasthan.
