GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a facilitation centre by facilitation centres under the Maharashtra Mathadi, Hamal and Other Manual Workers Act, 1969, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Director, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every facilitation centre carrying on the running of a facilitation centre shall furnish Form 16 to the Regional Board within forty-two days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every facilitation centre carrying on the running of a facilitation centre shall make an application in Form 16 to the Regional Board within forty-two days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a facilitation centre is undertaken, and the Regional Board shall dispose of it within forty-two days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Labour Department, Government of Maharashtra.
