GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The sale of insecticides by dealers in insecticides under the Karnataka Co-operative Societies Act, 1959, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Seed Inspector, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every dealer in insecticides carrying on the sale of insecticides shall furnish Form C to the Registrar within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every dealer in insecticides carrying on the sale of insecticides shall make an application in Form C to the Registrar within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the sale of insecticides is undertaken, and the Registrar shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Agriculture Department, Government of Karnataka.
