GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The publication of a periodical by publishers under the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Registering Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every publisher carrying on the publication of a periodical shall furnish Form VII to the Press Registrar within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every publisher carrying on the publication of a periodical shall make an application in Form VII to the Press Registrar within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the publication of a periodical is undertaken, and the Press Registrar shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
