GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The operation of an early warning system by operators of an early warning system under the Andhra Pradesh Fire Service Act, 1999, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Incident Commander, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of an early warning system carrying on the operation of an early warning system shall furnish Form B to the District Authority within seven days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of an early warning system carrying on the operation of an early warning system shall make an application in Form B to the District Authority within seven days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of an early warning system is undertaken, and the District Authority shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Labour Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
