ORDER

Subject: The storage of relief materials by suppliers of relief materials under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 2 of 2009), the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi is pleased to order that

1. In the circumstances reported by the Emergency Officer, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every supplier of relief materials carrying on the storage of relief materials shall furnish Form B to the Civil Defence Controller within fourteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every supplier of relief materials carrying on the storage of relief materials shall make an application in Form B to the Civil Defence Controller within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the storage of relief materials is undertaken, and the Civil Defence Controller shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this order may be brought to the notice of the Mines and Geology Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
