GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The holding of a Government guarantee by guarantee holders under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Controller of Accounts, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every guarantee holder carrying on the holding of a Government guarantee shall furnish Form GFR 12-A to the Directorate of Treasuries within one hundred and twenty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every guarantee holder carrying on the holding of a Government guarantee shall make an application in Form GFR 12-A to the Directorate of Treasuries within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of a Government guarantee is undertaken, and the Directorate of Treasuries shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Urban Development Department, Government of Rajasthan.
