GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The sale of insecticides by dealers in insecticides under the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies, the Government of Punjab, after careful examination, hereby orders that every dealer in insecticides carrying on the sale of insecticides shall furnish Form F to the Seed Certification Agency within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every dealer in insecticides carrying on the sale of insecticides shall make an application in Form F to the Seed Certification Agency within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the sale of insecticides is undertaken, and the Seed Certification Agency shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Urban Development Department, Government of Punjab.
