GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The survey of land by licensed surveyors under the Odisha Land Reforms Act, 1960, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Circle Officer, the Government of Odisha, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensed surveyor carrying on the survey of land shall furnish Form 1 to the Revenue Divisional Officer within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every licensed surveyor carrying on the survey of land shall make an application in Form 1 to the Revenue Divisional Officer within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the survey of land is undertaken, and the Revenue Divisional Officer shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Education Department, Government of Odisha.
