GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The wholesale vend of liquor by wholesale vendors under the Madhya Pradesh Excise Act, 1915, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Excise Superintendent, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every wholesale vendor carrying on the wholesale vend of liquor shall furnish Form B to the Commissioner within ten days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every wholesale vendor carrying on the wholesale vend of liquor shall make an application in Form B to the Commissioner within ten days, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the wholesale vend of liquor is undertaken, and the Commissioner shall dispose of it within ten days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
