Hyderabad, dated the 2nd August, 2017

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The representation of athletes by sports agents under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Compliance Officer, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every sports agent carrying on the representation of athletes shall furnish Form B to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every sports agent carrying on the representation of athletes shall make an application in Form B to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the representation of athletes is undertaken, and the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Mines and Geology Department, Government of Telangana.
