GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: Dealing in excisable articles by dealers under the Uttar Pradesh Excise Act, 1910, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Excise Superintendent, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every dealer carrying on dealing in excisable articles shall furnish Form E to the Commissioner within ten days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every dealer carrying on dealing in excisable articles shall make an application in Form E to the Commissioner within ten days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which dealing in excisable articles is undertaken, and the Commissioner shall dispose of it within ten days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
