GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The survey of land by licensed surveyors under the Goa, Daman and Diu Agricultural Tenancy Act, 1964, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Naib Tahsildar, the Government of Goa, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensed surveyor carrying on the survey of land shall furnish Form 7 to the Board of Revenue within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every licensed surveyor carrying on the survey of land shall make an application in Form 7 to the Board of Revenue within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the survey of land is undertaken, and the Board of Revenue shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Goa.
