GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The holding of Government land on lease by lessees of Government land under the Andhra Pradesh Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Housing Commissioner, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every lessee of Government land carrying on the holding of Government land on lease shall furnish Form F to the Rent Authority within one hundred and eighty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every lessee of Government land carrying on the holding of Government land on lease shall make an application in Form F to the Rent Authority within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of Government land on lease is undertaken, and the Rent Authority shall dispose of it within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
