GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a hostel by hostels under the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Director of Education, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every hostel carrying on the running of a hostel shall furnish Form F to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every hostel carrying on the running of a hostel shall make an application in Form F to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within seven days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a hostel is undertaken, and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
