GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The manufacture of denatured spirit by manufacturers of denatured spirit under the Madhya Pradesh Excise Act, 1915, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Sub-Inspector of Excise, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every manufacturer of denatured spirit carrying on the manufacture of denatured spirit shall furnish Form F to the Commissioner within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every manufacturer of denatured spirit carrying on the manufacture of denatured spirit shall make an application in Form F to the Commissioner within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the manufacture of denatured spirit is undertaken, and the Commissioner shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Labour Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
