GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The management of a gurdwara by committees of a gurdwara under the Odisha Hindu Religious Endowments Act, 1952, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Waqf Officer, the Government of Odisha, after careful examination, hereby orders that every committee of a gurdwara carrying on the management of a gurdwara shall furnish Form E to the Endowments Tribunal within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every committee of a gurdwara carrying on the management of a gurdwara shall make an application in Form E to the Endowments Tribunal within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of a gurdwara is undertaken, and the Endowments Tribunal shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Odisha.
