GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The occupation of premises by tenants under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Buildings (Regulation of Letting, Rent and Eviction) Act, 1972, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Registrar, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every tenant carrying on the occupation of premises shall furnish Form C to the Adjudicating Officer within one hundred and twenty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every tenant carrying on the occupation of premises shall make an application in Form C to the Adjudicating Officer within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the occupation of premises is undertaken, and the Adjudicating Officer shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Mines and Geology Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
