Hyderabad, dated the 27th July, 2016

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a sports academy by sports academies under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Compliance Officer, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every sports academy carrying on the running of a sports academy shall furnish Form H to the Agency within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every sports academy carrying on the running of a sports academy shall make an application in Form H to the Agency within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a sports academy is undertaken, and the Agency shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Telangana.
