GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The running of an anganwadi centre by anganwadi centres under the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Child Welfare Officer, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every anganwadi centre carrying on the running of an anganwadi centre shall furnish Form II to the Juvenile Justice Board within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every anganwadi centre carrying on the running of an anganwadi centre shall make an application in Form II to the Juvenile Justice Board within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of an anganwadi centre is undertaken, and the Juvenile Justice Board shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
