GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The cultivation of land as tenant by tenants under the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Surveyor, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall furnish Form 2 to the Tahsildar within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall make an application in Form 2 to the Tahsildar within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the cultivation of land as tenant is undertaken, and the Tahsildar shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Rajasthan.
