GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: Participation in procurement by bidders under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Drawing and Disbursing Officer, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every bidder carrying on participation in procurement shall furnish Form GFR 40 to the Directorate of Treasuries within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every bidder carrying on participation in procurement shall make an application in Form GFR 40 to the Directorate of Treasuries within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which participation in procurement is undertaken, and the Directorate of Treasuries shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Rajasthan.
