GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The hereditary management of a temple by hereditary trustees under the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Inspector of Endowments, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every hereditary trustee carrying on the hereditary management of a temple shall furnish Form H to the Deputy Charity Commissioner within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every hereditary trustee carrying on the hereditary management of a temple shall make an application in Form H to the Deputy Charity Commissioner within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the hereditary management of a temple is undertaken, and the Deputy Charity Commissioner shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
