GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The implementation of a scheme by implementing agencies under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Drawing and Disbursing Officer, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every implementing agency carrying on the implementation of a scheme shall furnish Form GFR 25 to the Public Accounts Committee within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every implementing agency carrying on the implementation of a scheme shall make an application in Form GFR 25 to the Public Accounts Committee within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the implementation of a scheme is undertaken, and the Public Accounts Committee shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Rajasthan.
